Return Policy
CardSouth Solutions will accept returns for 15 days on all items except software and media items (such as paper, ribbons, and labels). Returned items must have a Return Authorization Number from us or the return will not be accepted. Returns must arrive prepaid in the original packaging in re-saleable condition.

CardSouth Solutions is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We recommend that you insure the package. A 15% restocking/handling fee will be charged on any return not received in the original packaging and in resale condition within that period. Please contact CardSouth Solutions at 1-866-649-8131 to receive an RMA number.

On return of merchandise help us to serve you by doing the following:

Use the original manufacturer's packaging. We recommend double boxing all returns to help eliminate restocking fees and to keep the product in "like new" condition. Make sure your returns are complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards and static bags just as you received it. Please do not write on the box, this causes problems for reshipping.

Please reference your RMA number clearly on the shipping label. Remember that you are responsible for freight when returning products.

Additionally, if a credit card is used 2% will be deducted from your return. We are charged 2% + on every sale, even if returned.

Warranty and Dead-On-Arrival
While we can't guarantee that every product we ship arrives in perfect condition, we can make sure problems are handled quickly and painlessly.

In most cases, warranty situations are handled by the manufacturer. CardSouth Solutions provides no warranty other than the warranty offered by the manufacturer on the product.

If a product arrives Dead On Arrival (DOA), contact us immediately at 1-866-649-8131. DOA policies vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We will be glad to apply the manufacturer's policy and help you get up and running. Please see manufacturer's warranties for manufacturer DOA policies. In most cases, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be issued and a replacement product will be sent to you. To speed the process along, please have the following information ready:

Nature of Problem

Please note that RMA numbers are only valid for thirty (30) days, and all products received without an RMA number will be returned to you unopened.

If you are an account customer, we'll send your replacement products (freight free via ground delivery) once we have issued you an RMA number. We will then credit your account when we receive your return.

If you are a credit card customer, we'll send your replacement products as soon as we receive your defective or incorrect products. Or, if you wish, we will immediately send replacement products and charge them to your credit card, then issue a refund or credit your card when we receive your return.

Sales Tax
Currently, the only orders requiring sales tax are those which are being shipped to destinations within the State of Georgia. The tax rate charged is 7.0% within the state and 8% in the city of Atlanta. The tax will be added to your total and be reflected in your credit card charges.
